INDIA ENERGY WEEK 2026

The Technical Conference of India Energy Week (IEW) 2026, scheduled for 27–30 January 2026 in Goa, India. IEW 2026 promises to be a landmark event, bringing together global thought leaders, industry experts, and policymakers to shape the next chapter in the energy transition.

The extended and final deadline for abstract submissions is 19 September 2025.

What is IEW 2026’s Technical Conference?

·        IEW’s Technical Conference is a platform for presenting original research, applied case studies, breakthrough innovations, and best practices across the energy sector.

·        It spans four days, includes three dedicated stages (theatres), and encompasses 15 technical categories critical to India’s—and the world’s—energy challenges.

·        A 100-plus member Technical Committee of eminent experts reviews the submissions to ensure high quality and relevance.

Key Technical Categories

·        AI and Digital Transformation

·        Biofuels & Alternative Fuels

·        Carbon Capture Utilisation & Storage (CCUS)

·        Clean Cooking

·        ClimateTech & Renewable Energy

·        Energy Transition & Decarbonisation

·        Future Mobility

·        Health, Safety, Security & Environment

·        Hydrogen: Production, Development & End Use

·        Utilities & Power Generation, etc.

Submission Guidelines & Criteria

·        Abstracts up to 500 words, in English. Illustrations, graphs or tables may be included as attachments.

·        Each abstract should clearly describe the scope, methodology, results / conclusions, technical contributions, and potential applications. Ensure novelty, impact, and relevance are well-highlighted.

·        One person may submit multiple abstracts, but avoid duplicating the same work across categories.

·        Submissions will be evaluated on: quality, impact, novelty, and relevance.

Why You Should Submit

·        Be part of the global energy conversation: share your work on a stage with international experts.

·        Gain visibility: accepted papers are published via Energy Connects, and speakers get a complimentary delegate pass.

·        Network & collaborate: meet peers, industry leaders, and potential partners.
